As part of the celebration of the 150th anniversary, the city of Guadalajara has hosted the Interteresian Games 2026, a sporting event that brings together the Teresian family of Mexico every two years. In this edition, more than 1,100 athletes from 13 schools participated in the experience.
The event, which was also attended by teachers, directors and families, was experienced as a space of coexistence, fraternity and integral growth. From the inauguration, organized with care by the community of the Enrique de Ossó School of Guadalajara and its Parents' Association, the strength of the Teresian charism was highlighted as an engine that drives to live with passion, to give the best of each one and to put Jesus at the center of every experience.
The meeting also included spaces for celebration and conviviality, such as social activities, dinners and festive moments that strengthened the bonds between the delegations. The closing ceremony, held at the traditional Lienzo Charro in Guadalajara, highlighted the cultural richness of Jalisco with expressions such as mariachi, skirmishes, charros and the emblematic jarabe tapatío.
More than a sports competition, the Inter-Teresian Games 2026 are consolidated as a profound experience of identity and shared mission. A space where students, educators and families reaffirm their belonging to the Teresian Family, living values such as fraternity, dedication and faith.
This great meeting confirms that the Teresian charism is still alive in the heart of each participant, strengthening a community that grows united under the motto: "All for Jesus in his Teresa".
