On August 26, we began the third phase of our 150th anniversary celebration, a phase dedicated to Hope. To accompany us on this journey, throughout this month we will be sharing a series of videos featuring the testimonies of some sisters who participated in this year’s CIT in Tiberias and who are celebrating 50 years of religious life dedicated to the Company of Saint Teresa.
When Hope Takes Shape
Their stories—such as that of Mary, whose birth we celebrate today—are examples of how Hope is made real. To hear from those who, after five decades on this journey, can look back and affirm that it was worth it—that the Lord has sustained every step, that His presence has accompanied their quests, their difficulties, and their joys—and that being a Teresian still makes sense today—is a gift for the entire Teresian family.
This stage of our anniversary invites us to live by Hope—with a capital H. An active and confident hope that drives us forward amid the concrete circumstances of our time, knowing in whom we have placed our trust and holding fast to the certainty that the Lord always accompanies and sustains us.
We continue on our journey, with Teresian joy
We walk with unwavering determination, because time is of the essence and circumstances are pressing. And we do so, sustained by the experience of so many sisters who, through their selfless lives, remind us that the path we have traveled has meaning and that the future remains open to God’s action.
We invite you to join us in this series of testimonies and to discover, through their stories, a hope that becomes life, commitment, and faithfulness.
